Buddha Bomb believes that it is an individual's right to either use or abstain from substances. Personal choices should not be regulated by governments.
That said, Buddha Bomb recommends partying without using substances, at least give it a try. There is much to behold in the natural state of mind.
Buddha Bomb is not the first one with this idea.
Several International Psytrance Festivals advertise "Trance through Dance, Not Drugs".
Buddha Bomb recomments a site know as "InnerRave". They do an excellent job of articulating the benefits of meditation and achievement of "higher states" through dance.
The following is a quote from InnerRave:
"Dance In the Awakened State
The wonderful thing about an evening of dancing is that we can experience hundreds of moments of freshness, one after another, all night long. This open heartedness is "the vibe" that we all share and love.
Those moments when we are dancing at our most ecstatic and spontaneous best are moments without ego. These are moments of experiencing basic goodness. This is what we are cultivating while dancing."

Now for the details:
LETTING THE BODY SPEAK: THE AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL MONOLOGUE CLASS Letting the Body Speak is offered as an intensive 8 week workshop this summer! The class will culminate in a final performance at The Dairy in which each participant will perform a short monologue.
INTER-ACTING: IMPROVISATIONAL ENSEMBLE STORYTELLING Inter-Acting is a full bodied approach to improvisational storytelling using theater, movement and music. The class will draw on various improvisational forms including, Playback Theater, Action Theater, and Contact Improvisation. The class is open to everyone regardless of experience who wants to be more present in their body, and has a desire to use theater to explore and deepen our humanity.

Jain da Pain

SOCCER MOMS NEED NOT APPLY!
Local creative talent "Jane de Pain" is more than a Rocket Scientist, VJ, Mother of the Cuss Kid, Poet, BadAss Babe, etc.
Read on...from her website:
"Identities are nothing short of a name times a face divided by an attitude at the square root of the observer. Art is a place where I can explore and express the different identities that create me. I am an artist, poet, scientist, athlete, inventor, theorist, student, feminist, naturalist, parent, sister, daughter, friend, and what ever else I decide to be today or in the future. So as I travel this long twisted road through this perceptive reality of my reference frame, least I can do is document it...."
Buddha Bomb saw cleary in a vision that Jane de Pain is the rebirth of Annie Oakley.

DJ Kenan's Web-Site
|
From DJKenan.com:
"Kenan spent the first years of his life in Dallas, Texas, where he received exposure to dance music in a burgeoning acid house / breakbeat scene. Many factors contributed, including the legendary Hazy Daze events in the Dallas area at the time, the weekly "Edge Club" dance music radio show hosted by DJ Merritt on 102.1 FM, and his deep exploration of music. He had been actively involved in music performance since grade school, excelling at several instruments such as the piano, guitar, and trumpet."
